Apex Nutrition LLC is now offering Positive Performance Coaching athletes Sports Nutrition Coaching! Please welcome Kelli Jennings’s of Apex Nutrition to the team!
Apex Nutrition exists to help endurance athletes Fuel their bodies during trainings and competitions, and nourish their bodies’ everyday. The nutrition plans focus on optimal daily and training nutrition, supplementation, obtaining a healthy and advantageous strength to weight ratio, optimal metabolism, and ongoing health and wellness. Founded by Kelli Jennings, Registered Dietitian (RD), as a Sports Nutrition Plan and Nutrition Coaching service that combines detailed, “just tell me what to eat” meal planning with experienced & expert personal coaching from an endurance athlete who’s been there, endures, and excels!
Kelli graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Dietetics, completed her residency/Dietetics Board Exam to become an RD, and maintains continuing education to stay one. She began her career at George Washington University Hospital and then moved into private practice to focus on endurance sports nutrition, wellness, disease prevention, and metabolism.
Kelli and Coach Rob are working on a cyclists weight loss program that will include a 12-week training and nutrition plan for the off-season. An announcement of when this new coaching service will be available very soon.
All of Kelli’s nutrition coaching services are available to all athletes who are using PPC traditional and virtual coaching service too! If you are an existing PPC athlete or are looking for a cycling coach and want a nutrition coach you have come to the right place!
